摘要
本文针对人才培养与市场需求之间的矛盾,以Java为基础的系列课程作为研究对象,融入Java在企业中的应用,采用系统工程的方法,对系列课程教学内容做整体规划,既保证不同课程之间教学内容的连续性、一致性,又满足企业对Java人才的需求,对Java教学及系列课程教学改革具有重要的参考价值。
As the contradiction between talent cultivation and market demand, We research at Java-based series of courses, with the Java application in the enterprise and the use of systems engineering methods in this paper. Then we make an overall planning of the series of courses content, in order to ensure the continuity and consistency of different courses, but also to meet the needs of enterprises on the Java talent. The paper has important reference value on Java teaching and series of teaching reform.
