臭氧治疗对糖尿病足局部组织VEGF,TGF-β,PDGF表达的变化影响 被引量:9

摘要 目的:探究臭氧治疗对糖尿病足局部组织血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、转化生长因子(TGF-β)、血小板源性生长因子(PDGF)表达的影响。方法:抽取2014年6月~2016年6月来我院就医的80例糖尿病足患者作为此次研究对象。对80例患者进行随机分组,对照组40例患者应用常规治疗,实验组40例患者在常规治疗的基础上应用臭氧治疗,对比两组糖尿病足患者的临床疗效、VEGF、TGF-β、PDGF表达情况。结果:实验组40例患者的总有效率为92.50%,显著高于对照组(70.00%),P<0.05,且两组糖尿病足患者治疗后的VEGF、TGF-β、PDGF水平均较治疗前有显著升高,但实验组的改善情况明显优于对照组,P<0.05。结论:对糖尿病足患者采取臭氧治疗具有较显著的效果,能有效促进创面愈合。 Objective:To investigate the effect of ozone therapy on the expression of Vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF),transforming growth factor (TGF-)and platelet derived growth factor (PDGF) in diabetic rats.Methods:80 patients with diabetic foot were enrolled in this study June 2014 to June 2016 as the target of the experiment,80 patients were randomly divided into groups.40 patients in the control group were treated with conventional therapy.The clinical efficacy,VEGF,TGF-β and PDGF expression were compared between the two groups of diabetic patients on the basis of routine treatment.Results:The total effective rate of the experimental group was 92.50%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group (70.00%),P 〈0.05,and The levels of VEGF,TGF-β3 and PDGF in the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment,but the improvement of the experimental group was better than that of the control group,P 〈 0.05.Conclusion:Ozone therapy in patients with diabetic foot has a significant effect,can effectively promote wound healing.
