摘要
为研究MgCl_2对煤一次与二次氧化的影响,采用程序升温法分别研究了长焰煤一次氧化和二次氧化的不同特征。结果表明:未经MgCl_2阻化处理的煤样,一次氧化的CO、CO_2产生量和耗氧速率均高于二次氧化;经MgCl_2阻化处理后的煤样,煤温低于110℃时,一次氧化的CO、CO_2产生量和耗氧速率均低于二次氧化,煤温在110~140℃时,二次氧化比一次氧化反应更完全。
To study the influence of MgCh on initial oxidation and secondary oxidation of coal, temperature-programming method is used to study different characteristics of initial oxidation and secondary oxidation of long flame coal. The results show that CO, CO2 production and oxygen consumption rate of initial oxidation of coal samples without MgCI2 inhibitor treatment are higher than that of secondary oxidation; when the coal temperature is below 110℃, CO, CO2 production and oxygen consumption rate of initial oxidation of coal samples after MgCl2 inhibitor treatment are less than that of seeondary oxidation; when coal temperature is at 110 ℃to 140℃, secondary oxidation is more complete than initial oxidation.
