摘要
研制了苹果醋中安赛蜜、山梨酸和日落黄成分分析标准物质,优化并建立了高效液相色谱-二极管阵列检测器(HPLC-DAD)方法对目标物分析测量。标准物质的均匀性经单因素方差分析显示均匀,稳定性经线性回归趋势分析表明在7个月内量值稳定。定值方式采用多家实验室(9家)合作定值。标准值及扩展不确定度(k=2):安赛蜜(141±8)mg/kg,山梨酸(259±12)mg/kg,日落黄(8.45±0.33)mg/kg。
Acesulfame potassium, sorbic acid and sunset yellow in apple vinegar beverage is prepared and certified as component analysis reference material. High performance liquid chromatography-diode array detector(HPLC-DAD) method is optimized and established for target material measure and analysis. One-way analysis of variance of homogeneity test result shows that the reference material is homogeneous. Linear regression trend analysis of stability test result shows that the reference material is stable at least in 7 months. Values certified is cooperatively defined by 9 laboratories.The certified values and expanded uncertainty (k=2) are as follows: acesulfame potassium (141±8)mg/kg, sorbic acid (259±12)mg/kg, sunset yellow (8.45±0.33)mg/kg.
