摘要
参照国家标准及相关文献测定食品中防腐剂、甜味剂、色素的方法,建立了同时测定果蔬汁饮料中14种常见添加剂的高效液相色谱法,提高了检测效率。采用C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),甲醇和0.03mol/L醋酸铵为流动相进行梯度洗脱,22 min内可分离测定7种防腐剂、5种色素和2种甜味剂。方法的回收率为93%-102%,相对标准偏差小于5%。该法操作简便、快速、灵敏、准确,适用于果蔬汁饮料中常见添加剂的快速测定。
Based on the method of Chinese national standards and references for determination of sweetener, preservative and pigment in food, a high performance liquid chromatography method was established for detecting content of fourteen familiar food additives in fruit and vegetable drink with high determination efficiency. The analytes were separated on a Cls column(4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) by a gradient elution with methanol and 0.03 mol/L ammonium acetate as mobile phase. Under the optimal conditions, seven preservatives, five pigments and two sweeteners were analysed com- pletely in 22 min. The calibration curves showed good linearity for 14 target compounds with detection limits of 0.08 - 1.0 mg/L. The spiked recoveries in fruit and vegetable drink samples ranged from 93% to 102% with RSDs less than and was suitable for the determination of 5% . The method was simple, rapid, sensitive, accurate, fourteen familiar food additives in fruit and vegetable drink.
