摘要
柴油发动机必须具有较大的输出来保持良好的流动性。通过建立重型货车柴油机的三维有限元模型并设置蠕墨铸铁的材料特性进行应力分析,所选有限元模型由四个半挑选出来的重型柴油机气缸体截面组成。此重型柴油机研究的部分包括缸体、缸盖、垫片、衬套、轴承盖、轴承和螺栓,加载条件为预加载、装配负荷和燃气载荷。通过对柴油机缸体结构进行拓扑优化分析得到的优化结果,可作为设计缸体结构的参考依据。
The diesel engine must have a large output to maintain good mobility.Three-dimensional finite element model of heavy truck diesel engine is established and the vermicular iron is set as the material properties to have stress analysis.The selected finite element model is composed of 4.5cylinder sections of heavy diesel engine.The heavy duty diesel engine is composed of cylinder block,cylinder head,gasket,bushing,bearing cap,bearing and bolt.Based on the topology optimization analysis of diesel engine cylinder block structure,the optimization results are used as the basis of the design.
