摘要
论文针对当前中小企业在商业票据管理方面存在票据结算增多、滞压严重、周转缓慢以及银行授信难、资金紧张等问题,提出了加强企业上下游供应商和客户管理,争取在票据结算中得到个性化支持、与银行合作质押开票,以及建立票据数据管理、统筹支付等措施。
According to the problems existing in current small and medium-sized enterprises commercial paper management, as clearing increased, serious lag pressure, slow remover, difficult bank credit and financial strain, paper puts forward to strengthen suppliers and customers management before and after the enterprise, strive to obtain personalized support, cooperate with the bank in the clearing pledge billing, and establish the measures for data management and fund payment.
