摘要
不同于国外的商业票据,我国的票据基本是具有真实贸易背景的商业汇票。文章首先介绍了我国票据市场的现状,包括市场规模、利率结构、市场成员和法律环境,随后提出了当前票据市场发展中需要重点关注的问题,包括票据真实贸易背景、利率倒挂和市场分割等,最后针对前述问题提出了相关政策建议。
Different from international commercial papers, most of China＇s negotiable instruments are commercial bills with real trade backgrounds. This paper analyses the current situation of China＇s negotiable instruments market, including its scale, interest rate structure, market participants and the legal environment. It then brings up some major problems that need urgent attention, including real trade backgrounds, inverted interest rates, and market segmentations. The paper finally makes some policy suggestions to solve these problems.
