摘要
针对小水电供电的季节性特点,对陕西省城固县北部配电网中的小水电站运行工况进行了分析,分别研究小水电在夏季丰水期和冬季枯水期的运行情况,利用相关历史数据对配电网在不同运行工况进行理论计算,提出不同季节特性下配电网安全稳定运行的措施和方法。最后对该模型的配电网提出电压质量治理的建议,对确保含有小水电群的配电网电压质量治理有一定的借鉴意义。
According to the seasonal characteristics of small hydropower, this paper analyzes and stud- ies the operation condition of small hydropower station in the northern distribution network of Chenggu. The operation of small hydropower in the wet season in summer and the dry season in winter are studied respective- ly. The relevant historical data are used to theoretically calculate the distribution network under different oper- ating conditions ; the paper also proposes the measures and methods of safe and stable operation of distribution network under different seasonal characteristics. In the end, the suggestion of voltage quality control is put for- ward for the distribution network of the model, which can be used for reference to ensure voltage quality con- trol of distribution network containing small hydropower group.
