摘要
为了减少水电企业的污水排放量,促进水电企业的可持续发展,提出了环保视角下水电企业节能减排研究。基于MFCA方法基本原理的分析,确定了MFCA方法在节能减排方面的优势,结合了MFCA方法的执行原理,设计了用MFCA方法实现节能减排的思路,将MFCA方法引入到了水电企业的节能减排工作中;运用结构嫡权法确定污水排放量指标参数,并利用污水排放量指标判断矩阵,计算出水电企业污水排放量指标权重值;最后通过节能减排技术模型的建立,实现环保视角下水电企业的节能减排。实验结果表明,环保视角下的节能减排技术相比于传统节能减排技术,污水排放率降低了62.5%。
In order to reduce the sewage discharge of hydropower enterprises and promote sustainable development of hydropower enterprises,a study on energy conservation and emission reduction of hydropower enterprises from the perspective of environmental protection is proposed.Combined with the implementation principle of MFCA method,the idea of energy saving and emission reduction by MFCA method is designed.MFCA method is introduced into the energy conservation and emission reduction work of hydropower enterprises.The index parameters of sewage discharge are determined by the method of structure entropy,and the weight value of sewage discharge index is calculated by the judgment matrix of sewage discharge index.Through the establishment of energy-saving and emission-reduction technology model,the energy saving and emission reduction of hydropower enterprises is conducted from the perspective of environmental protection.The experimental results show that the sewage discharge rate of the new method has been reduced by 62.5%compared with traditional energy saving and emission reduction technologies.
