摘要
目的:观察中药联合α受体阻滞剂在慢性前列腺炎患者中的临床治疗效果。方法:取慢性前列腺炎患者100例,随机分为对照组和观察组各50例。对照组采用α受体阻滞剂治疗,观察组联合中药治疗,采用酶联免疫吸附法对两组患者炎症因子水平进行评定,比较两组治疗效果及对炎症因子水平的影响。结果:两组治疗前疼痛不适、排尿情况、症状影响、生活质量及总评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗后疼痛不适、排尿情况、症状影响、生活质量及总评分,显著低于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗前炎症指标IL-8、TNF-α及IFN-r水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗后炎症指标IL-8、TNF-α及IFN-r水平,显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗3个月观察组药物不良反应发生率为8.00%,对照组不良反应发生率为12.00%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:慢性前列腺炎患者在α受体阻滞剂治疗基础上联合中药治疗效果理想,能降低炎症因子水平,值得推广应用。
Objective： To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with α - blocker in patients with chronic prostatitis. Methods： One hundred patients with chronic prostatitis were randomly divided into the control group （ n =50） and the observation group （ n = 50）. The patients in the control group were treated with α- blockers. The patients in the observation group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine. The levels of inflamma- tory factors in the two groups were evaluated by enzyme - linked immunosorbent assay. The therapeutic effects and the effects on the inflammatory factors were compared. Results： There were no significant differences in pain discomfort,urination, symptoms, quality of life and total score between the two groups before and after treatment （P 〉 0. 05 ）. The pain discomfort, urination, symptom, quality of life, TNF - α and IFN - γ in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. There were no significant differences in the levels of IL - 8 and TNF - α （ P 〈0.05）. The adverse drug reaction rate was 8.00% in the 3 -month observation group and 12.00% in the control group. There was no significant difference between the two groups in the levels of TNF - α and IFN - r in the control group with statistical significance （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion ： The treatment of chronic prostatitis patients on the basis of α - blocker therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment is ideal, and can reduce the level of inflammatory factors, worthy of promotion and application.
