摘要
染料在超临界CO_2中的溶解状况直接影响染料在织物上的上染以及产品的最终染色效果,提高染料在超临界CO_2中的溶解度有利于获得良好的染色效果。从染料在超临界CO_2中的促溶方法、在超临界CO_2中溶解度的影响因素、染料溶解度的测定和关联计算模型等方面进行了综述,并在此基础上对染料在超临界CO_2中的溶解行为研究进行了展望。
The dye solubility in supercritical carbon dioxide （CO2） directly influences the dye-uptake and the perfor- mance of dyed fabric, and increasing of dyeing solubility in supercritical CO2 results in good dyeing performance. This paper summarizes the recent researches in dye solubility promotion method, the influence factors of dye solubility in supercritical CO2, the determination of dye solubility, the correlation calculation model, and so on. Based on these, the dissolution behavior research of dye in supercritical CO2 is proposed.
