摘要
综述了近年来生物样品中农药分析的样品前处理技术和检测方法,对固相萃取、固相微萃取、液相微萃取和微波辅助萃取等前处理技术、色谱-串联质谱联用技术、超临界流体色谱等检测方法进行了评述。并对生物样品中农药分析的发展趋势进行了讨论。
The progresses on sample preparation techniques and determination methods for analysis of pesticides in biological samples were reviewed, and the applications of solid-phase extraction, solid-phase microextraction, liquidphase microextraction, microwave-assisted extraction, chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry and supercritical fluid chromatography were described. The trends of sample preparation techniques and determination methods for analysis of pesticides in biological samples were also discussed.
