摘要
本文利用ＧＣ／ＭＳ和ＧＣ／ＦＰＤ法测定了生物体内的甲胺磷（ＭＡＰ）及其代谢物Ｏ、Ｓ－二甲基磷酸酯（Ｏ、Ｓ－ＤＭＰ）．血中ＷＡＰ以乙、乙酸乙酯混合溶剂提取、以磷酸三丁酯为内标测定；尿液中Ｏ、Ｓ－二甲基磷酸酯（Ｏ、Ｓ－ＤＭＰ）以乙酸提取，以ＤＭＴＰ氘氢化合物为内标测定。ＭＡＰ最小检出量为１０ｎｇ／ｍｌ血，回收率为７５．１％，Ｏ、Ｓ－ＤＭＰ的最小检出量为２０ｎｇ／ｍｌ尿．
This paper prerented a new method for idcntificating methamidophos in blood and its metabolite O、S－dimethylphosphate in urine by GC/SPD and GC/MS. Tributyl phosphate was used as interstandard for identificating metamidophos. The recovery of extracting methamidophos from rabbit blood was 75%. The detection limit was 10 ng/ml blood. The detection limit of determinating O、S-dimethylphosphate was 50 ng/ml urine.
