摘要
目的:对护理查体内容进行优化并应用于临床实践教学,观察其在实施中的效果。方法:以2011级护理本科实习生60人为研究对象,前2周采用传统护理查体教学方式;后2周采用优化护理查体内容教学方式。比较优化护理查体内容前后护生查体能力及满意度的差异。结果:研究对象在沟通能力方面无统计学意义;在护理查体准备、护理查体能力和满意度调查方面均有提高(P<0.05)。结论:优化护理查体内容在临床实践教学中的应用可弥补传统临床教学的不足,提高护生的护理查体能力。
Objective: To optimize the contents of nursing care and apply to clinical practice teaching, to observe its effect in the implementation. Methods: A total of 60 undergraduates were selected as the research subjects. The first two weeks were the traditional nursing examination teaching methods. After 2 weeks, the teaching methods of optimizing the contents of nursing care were adopted. Differences in nursing ability and satisfaction between nursing staff before and after nursing. Results: There was no statistical significance in the communication ability of the subjects; the improve- ment of nursing examination, nursing ability and satisfaction survey were improved (P〈0.05). Conclusion: The applica- tion of optimizing the contents of nursing care in clinical practice teaching can make up for the deficiency of traditional clinical teaching and improve the nursing ability of nursing students.
