摘要
目的探讨妇产专业临床药师培训的新方法,为提高临床药师培训质量提供参考。方法在临床药师培训基地妇产专业学员培训过程中,将PBL结合CBL教学法应用于理论知识和临床实践的教学中。理论知识的教学课程采用标准化病例进行教学,临床实践选择难度适宜的床旁真实病例进行带教,并基于病例进一步指导学员完成其他教学环节。结果 PBL结合CBL教学法可有效提高培训效率,并提升学员发现问题、分析问题、解决问题的能力和沟通技巧。结论 PBL结合CBL教学法可用于妇产专业临床药师规范化培训,但由于应用时间较短,范围有限,在教学实践中还需对其不断加以完善。
Objective To explore the new method for gynecology and obstetrics specialist pharmacist training, and provide reference for improving the quality of clinical pharmacists training. Methods PBL and CBL teaching method was used in the teaching of theoretical and clinical practice in process of students training in clinical pharmacist training base. Standardized cases were used in the teaching course of theoretical knowledge. While in the clinical practice teaching of ward rounds, we put up questions based on real cases and help students finish other sections. Results PBL and CBL teaching method can improve training efficiency, upgrade the capacity to find, analyze and solve problems and communication skills. Conclusion PBL and CBL teaching method can used in gynecology and obstetrics specialist pharmacist standardized training, however, it need to be improved because of the short time application.
