摘要
模具行业的快速发展对高技能人才的数量和质量提出了巨大挑战,如何培养适应新常态下紧缺的一线模具技工,重点在于人才培养体系的构建与定位。基于职业岗位能力重建课程体系,必须建立在对模具岗位群的大量调研和实证基础上,必须立论在模具专业教学的充分实践改革后,通过"校企融通、工学结合、引产入教",最终形成多方共管的模具专业人才培养评价机制。
The rapid development of die ＆ mold industry poses a huge challenge to the quantity and quality of skilled talents, The emphasis on the construction of talent cultivation system and location will be crucial to develop the front-line die ＆ mold technicians to adapt to the new normal shortage. Reconstruction of course system must be based on a large number of investigation and empirical basis for die post group, must make a point in die ＆ mold after fully practice teaching reform, through the financing and combination, induced labor organization, finally forms the various condominium die ＆ mold evaluation mechanism of talent cultivation.
