溶胶凝胶法制备TGG纳米粉体与结构研究

摘要 采用溶胶凝胶法制备TGG纳米粉体,利用XRD、TG-DSC、IR和SEM等测试手段分析了TGG纳米粉体的物相结构。结果表明:TGG纳米粉体属于立方晶系,在1000℃和1100℃下烧结的样品,颗径尺分别为80nm和100nm。1000℃附近出现的失重是因为发生了相变过程,生成了TGG晶相,通过红外光谱和拉曼光谱对TGG粉体的振动模式进行了归属。 TGG nanopowders were prepared by sol-gel method. The phase structure of TGG nanopowders was investigated by XRD,TG-DTA,IR and SEM,etc. The results indicated that TGG nanopowders belong to cubic-phase system. The TGG crystal phase appeared during the phase transition process,which leads to the absorption peaks occurring from 1000℃ to 1100℃. The vibration modes of Tb-O-Ga bond were pointed out by IR spectra. The particle size of the samples sintered at 1100℃ is about 100 nm.
