摘要
目的:探讨关节镜下清理术结合散瘀通络汤内服治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:回顾分析2013年6月至2016年5月为65例膝骨关节病患者行关节镜清理术的临床资料,其中观察组33例结合散瘀通络汤内服,对照组32例行单纯关节镜清理术,并对比治疗结束后6个月的随访疗效。结果:治疗结束后6个月,观察组总有效率为97%,对照组为75%,观察组的疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用散瘀通络汤结合关节镜下清理术综合治疗的疗效优于单纯使用关节镜下清理术,值得推广。
Objective：To explore the curative effect of the arthroscopic debridement combined with scattered stasis tongluo de- coction in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Methods： The clinical data of 65 patients who suffered from knee osteoarthritis and were treated with arthroscopic debridement from Jun. 2013 to May 2016 were retrospectively analyzed. 33 cases in the observation group were combined with scattered stasis tongluo decoction, the other 32 patients in the control group underwent regular arthroscopic debridement. After 6 months of follow-up, the curative effect of both groups were compared. Results： Six months after the treatment, the total effective rate was 97% in the observation group ,and 75% in the control group. The curative effect of observation group was better than that of control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions ：The curative effect of arthroscopic debridement combined with scattered stasis tongluo decoc- tion is better than that of regular arthroscopic debridement alone, this combined therapy is worthy to be popularized.
