摘要
事故因果关系认为,引发事故的诱因主要与人的不安全行为、组织管理控制的缺失以及事故发生变化的特点息息相关。这一理论揭示了事故的本质是管理问题。解决医疗安全问题必须从管理上切入,这对进一步做好医疗事故防范具有很强的理论指导和现实借鉴意义。
According to the accident causation theory, the cause of the accident is closely related to people＇s unsafe behavior, lack of control of organizational management and the features of the accident changes. This theory reveals the nature of accidents and after all are management problems. Solving the security problem must be cut from the management, to further improve the medical prevention work the accident. It has a strong theoretical guidance and practical significance.
