摘要
探讨医院文化建设的评价与保障机制两个层面的问题,论述了医院评价的标准和方法,指出医院文化建设是否符合医疗卫生服务的特点是医院文化评价的标准之一,应运用生产力与生产关系原理和"新旧事物"评判的方法对医院文化进行评价,介绍了建立医院文化建设保障机制的经验。
Assessment and assurance mechanism of hospital culture construction is discussed.One of assessment dimension of hospital culture is whether hospital culture construction matches the characters of medical service.Productive force and production relation is also used to assess hospital culture.Experience on how to construct hospital culture is summarized.
