摘要
目的研究成骨细胞特异因子(Periostin)血清水平与支气管哮喘病情程度及转归的相关性。方法选取2013年6月至2015年6月我院收治的60例支气管哮喘急性期患者进行研究(研究组)。根据患者病情严重程度将其分为轻度组(n=33)和中-重度组(n=27),选取同期在我院进行健康体检者40例作为对照组。采用ELISA法对所有受检者的Periostin、免疫球蛋白E(Ig E)水平进行检测,采用细胞分析仪对嗜酸性粒细胞百分比(EOS%)进行测定,采用肺功能仪器对第一秒呼气容积占预计值的百分比(FEV1pred%)水平进行检测。分析轻度组和中-重度组患者的Periostin、Ig E、EOS%及FEV1pred%水平,并将患者治疗前后的各项指标与对照组进行比较。结果轻度组患者的Periostin、Ig E、EOS%和FEV1pred%水平分别为(9.83±4.54)ng/mL、(534.46±98.32)IU/mL、(0.067±0.041)和(0.54±0.18),均明显低于中-重度组的(22.81±10.22)ng/mL、(393.23±103.43)IU/mL、(0.035±0.021)、(0.83±0.21),两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前和治疗后,研究组患者的血清Periostin、Ig E及EOS%水平[治疗前(15.58±4.34)ng/mL、(454.28±43.23)IU/mL、(0.049±0.021);治疗后(11.25±5.27)ng/mL、(431.23±46.19)IU/mL、(0.041±0.016)]明显高于对照组[(6.46±3.23)ng/mL、(183.83±28.24)IU/mL、(0.032±0.017)],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组患者的Periostin、Ig E及EOS%水平较治疗前均明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。相关性分析结果显示,Periostin与Ig E、EOS%呈正相关(r=0.512、0.384,P<0.01),与FEV1pred%呈负相关(r=-0.734,P<0.01)。结论 Periostin血清水平与支气管哮喘病情程度及治疗后转归状况密切相关,其可用于临床中对支气管哮喘患者的病情及预后的判定。
Objective To study the relationship between the serum level of osteoblast specific factor (periostin) and the severity and prognosis of bronchial asthma. Methods A total of 60 patients with bronchial asthma, who ad- mitted to our hospital from June 2013 to June 2015, were selected as the study group. According to the severity of the disease, the patients were divided into the mild group (n=33) and the moderate-severe group (n=27), and 40 healthy persons were selected as the control group. The levels of periostin, immunoglobulin E (IgE) in all the groups were measured by ELISA method. The percentage of eosinophils (BOS%) and the percentages of the predicted forced expiratory vol- ume in one second (FEV1 pred%) were respectively detected by cell analyzer lung function instrument. The levels of periostin, IgE, EOS% and FEV1 pred% in the mild group and moderate-severe group were analyzed and compared with those of the control group before and after the treatment. Results The periostin, IgE, EOS% and FEV1 pred% levels of the mild group were (9.83±4.54) ng/mL, (534.46±98.32) IU/mL, (0.067±0.041) and (0.54±0.18), respectively, which were significantly lower than (22.81±10.22) ng/mL, (393.23±103.43) IU/mL, (0.035±0.021), (0.83±0,21) in the moderate-severe group (P〈0.05), Before and after the treatment, the levels of serum periostin, IgE and IgE of the study group were ( 15.58±4.34) ng/mL, (454.28±43.23) IU/mL, (0.049±0.021 ) and (11.25±5.27) ng/mL, (431.23±46.19) IU/mL, (0.041±0.0± 6), which were significantly higher than (6.46±3.23) ng/mL (183.83±28.24) IU/mL, (0.032±0.017) of the control group (P〈0.05). The levels of periostin, IgE and BOS% of the patients after the treatment were significantly lower than those before the treatment (P〈0.05).
