对话德育:高校传统德育的困境与超越 被引量:11

摘要 对话已日益成为当今时代的核心精神和人们的一种生存状态。然而,我国高校道德教育从主流方面看仍然处于"美德袋"式的传统灌输德育模式之中。当前高校传统德育模式正陷入无法解脱的困境之中,工具化的德育目标,单向度的德育主体,知性化的德育内容,规训化的德育方式等,都在一定程度上阻碍了高校师生主体间性对话德性的生成。作为一种新的德育理念和德育模式,高校对话德育通过构建主体间的对话关系,实现对传统德育的超越。重构高校对话德育要求实现德育目标从工具理性转向生命关怀;德育主体从单向控制转向主体间性;德育内容从科学世界转向生活世界;德育方式从规训灌输转向对话生成。 Dialogue has increasingly become the core spirit of our era and people's living conditions.However,the moral education in Chinese universities in terms of the mainstream is still in a"moral bag"style of traditional instilling moral education pattern.The traditional mode of moral education in universities is in an inextricable dilemma,the instrumental goal of the moral education,one dimensional subject of the moral education,intellectual content of the moral education,disciplined approach of the moral education,etc,to some extent hindered the generation of virtue of the intersubjectivity dialogue between teachers and students in universities.As a new kind of concept and mode of the moral education,dialogue moral education in universities achieves the transcendence of the traditional moral education by constructing the dialogue relationship between the main body.The reconstruction of the dialogue moral education in universities requires the realization of the moral education goal from instrumental reason to life care;the main body of the moral education from one dimensional subject to the intersubjectivity;the content of the moral education from the scientific world to the living world;the way of the moral education from discipline indoctrination to dialogue generation
