摘要
过氧化氢具有氧化性和腐蚀性,而乙醚是良好的有机溶剂,利用不同体积分数过氧化氢和乙醚对露珠杜鹃种子浸种处理,能提高种子的萌发活力,从而提高发芽率并缩短萌发时间.实验表明:利用3%的过氧化氢浸种处理30 min后,能使露珠杜鹃种子发芽率极显著提高,发芽率由对照组52%左右提高到77.33%,与对照组相比提高比例为48.7%,此时发芽势为36.67%,发芽指数为2.569,相比对照组提高比例分别为35.6%和33.8%.乙醚浸种处理10 min所得露珠杜鹃种子发芽势最高,达44.67%,此时发芽率为68%,发芽指数为2.478,处于较高水平,从而得出本实验中3%过氧化氢浸种处理30 min是提高露珠杜鹃种子萌发效率的最佳处理方式,乙醚浸种处理10 min亦是提高露珠杜鹃萌发效率的有效方试,两者都能极显著提高露珠杜鹃种子萌发的活力.
Hydrogen peroxide has the oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance, and good organic solvent is diethyl ether. We used different concentrations of hydrogen peroxide and diethyl ether to soak Rhododendron irroratum Franch seeds, and found that seeds vitality were enhanced, thus improving the germination rate and shortening the germination time. Experiments showed that:the use of 3% hydrogen peroxide soaking 30 min, made Rhododendron irroratum Franch germination rate increased significantly,the germination rate of 52% in the control group increased to 77.33%, compared with the control group, increasing the proportion of 48.7% with 36.67% of germination energy and 2.569 of germination index, which compared to the control group increasing the proportion of 35.6% and 33.8%. Rhododendron irroratum Franch showed the maximum germination energy, 44.67%, after soaking10 min with ether, and 68% germination rate, 2.478 germination index also at a higher level. So as to arrive this experiment concentration of 3% hydrogen peroxide is soaking treatment 30 min improve the efficiency of seed germination Rhododendron irroratum Franch best approach, soaking 10 min ether also improve the efficiency of germination Rhododendron irroratum Franch effective a trial, both of which can significantly increase the Rhododendron irroratum Franch seed germination vigor.
