摘要
将"工匠精神"融入高职教育势在必行。从全员培养、全过程培养、全范围培养以及特色培养四个方面进行高职"工匠精神"培养体系的构建。为了将高职"工匠精神"培养落到实处,须确立与之配套的高职"工匠精神"培养考核机制和高职"工匠精神"培养成效保障体系。
It is imperative to integrate "spirit of the craftsman" into higher vocational education. It is constructed "artisan spirit" training system from four aspects of the full training, the whole process of training, the whole range of traim^ng and the characteristics.In order to cultivate "spirit of the craftsman" in vocational colleges,it is necessary to establish the supporting system of"artisan spirit" training assessmentmechanism and the effectiveness of the system.
