摘要
国际工程项目的不断增加需要越来越多具有"国际视野"工程项目管理复合型人才,这就要求工程管理专业人才培养模式应根据这一变化而调整。通过对华东交通大学与英国安格利亚鲁斯金大学合作举办工程管理专业本科教育项目的分析,诠释了中外合作办学背景下工程管理专业人才培养模式的基本内涵,并就培养模式的实际效果提出了相应的改进措施。
An increasing number of international engineering project,which needs more and more with international horizons multiple project management talents,this requires a project management professional personnel training mode should be based on the change and adjustment.In East China Jiaotong University with the Anglia Ruskin University collaboration for the analysis of the project management professional undergraduate course education, interpretation of Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools under the background of the basic connotation of project management professional personnel training mode,training mode and the actual effect of corresponding improving measures are put forward.
