摘要
目的探讨粉碎性骨折采用锁骨重建板内固定治疗的疗效。方法选取120例于2007年3月~2016年3月期间我院接收的新鲜锁骨中段粉碎性骨折患者,随机分为对照组(给予张力带钢丝固定治疗,n=60)与观察组(给予重建钢板内固定治疗,n=60),对患者随访1年,观察两组治疗疗效及术后1年的肩功能评分、骨折临床愈合时间等指标。结果观察组治疗优良率较对照组显著要高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后1年的肩功能评分显著高于对照组,其骨折临床愈合时间均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后1个月时出现1例(1.7%)拔钉患者,对照组术后出现3例(5.0%)针道感染,3例(5.0%)克氏针滑脱,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论锁骨粉碎性骨折采用重建板内固定治疗疗效显著,且并发症少,可早期进行功能锻炼,对功能恢复具有积极意义,具有推广价值。
Objective To explore the curative effect of internal fixation of clavicular reconstruction plate in treatment of comminuted fracture. Methods 120 eases of fresh clavicle comminuted fracture cured in our hospital from March 2007 to March 2016 were selected and randomly divided into control group （treated with tension band wire fixation,n=60） and observation group （treated with reconstruction plate internal fixation,n=60）.The patients were followed up for 1 years.The therapeutic effect and postoperative shoulder function score and the clinical healing time of 1 years after operation were observed. Results The excellent rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group （P 〈 0.05）.The shoulder function score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group after 1 years,and the clinical healing time of fracture was significantly lower than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）.One month after treatment,there were 1 cases （1.7%） of patients with nail extraction in observation group,and there were 3 cases （5.0%） occurred in the treatment of infection and 3 cases （5.0%） of Kirschner wire in control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The curative effect of internal fixation of clavicular reconstruction plate in treatment of comminuted fracture is significant.And the the complication is less.It can carry on the function exercise early,and has the positive meaning to the function recovery.h has the promotion value.
