摘要
建立了电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP-OES)法-电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法测定食品添加剂碳酸钙中15种杂质元素的方法。通过选择合适的分析谱线和观测方式,以ICP-OES法测定了食品添加剂碳酸钙中Na、Mg和K;通过选择合适的同位素,以Sc、Ge、In、Bi为内标校正基体干扰,KED模式消除质谱干扰,ICP-MS法测定了Al、As、Ba、Cd、Cr、Cu、Fe、Mn、Pb、Sr、Ti和Hg。ICP-OES检出限在1.16~18.10μg/L之间,ICP-MS检出限在0.011~0.207μg/L之间。方法精密度(RSD)1.1%~6.4%范围内,回收率在93.6%~108.0%范围内。测定了800mg/L钙基体中一定浓度的Na、Mg、K、Al、As、Ba、Cd、Cr、Cu、Fe、Mn、Pb、Sr、Ti和Hg的混合溶液,结果准确。样品测定结果表明:轻质碳酸钙和重质碳酸钙中的杂质元素含量均较低。本方法快速灵敏准确,是一种简便快速分析食品添加剂碳酸钙中15种杂质元素的方法。
A method based on inductively coupled plasmaoptical emission spectrometry (ICP-OES) and inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) detection was established for determination of 15 kinds of impurity elements in food additive calcium carbonate. ICP-OES was applied to determine the elements of Na, Mg and K by choosing suitableanalytical spectral lines and observation mode, the others (Al, As, Ba, Cd, Cr, Cu, Fe, Mn, Pb, Sr, Ti and Hg) were determined by ICP-MS, and the matrix effect and the mass spectrum interferences were corrected by selecting the appropriate isotopes, using internal standards (Sc, Ge, In, Bi) andthe collided reaction cell technology (KED mode) . Determination limits of ICP-OES were in the range of 1.16 - 18.10 μg/L whileICP-MS were in the range of 0.011 - 0.207 μgFL. Values of RSD' s were in the range of 1.1% - 6.4%, and the recoveries were in the range of 93.6% - 108.0%. A mix solution of definiteconcentration of Na, Mg, K, A1, As, Ba, Cd, Cr, Cu, Fe, Mn, Pb, Sr, Ti and Hg in 800mg/L Ca matrix was determined, and the results were accurate. The determination results of samples showedthat the contents ofimpurity elements in light calcium carbonateand groundcalcium carbonate were low. This method was simple, accurate and reliable, and could be used in rapid determining the impurity elements in food additive calcium carbonate.
