摘要
叙述了盖州煤业9101综采工作面工程概况,分析了施工方案及支护参数,探讨了恒阻大变形锚索施工工艺及安全技术措施,并对锚索支护效果监测方法及施工期间的"一通三防"管理进行了安排,最终得出:恒阻大变形锚索符合试验段切顶前锚索支护要求,在"110"工法施工期间能保证巷道顶板结构的稳定作用。
This paper described the general engineering situation of the 9101 fully mechanized mining face in Gaizhou Coal Ind- ustry Company, analyzed the construction scheme and supporting parameter, discussed the construction process and safety technological measures of the technology of constant-resistance anchored rope with large deformation, and made arrangements in the monitoring methods of the supporting effect of anchor and in the ventilation and preventions of gas explosion, coal dust explo- sion and fire accidents during construction. And we finally drawed the conclusion that: the constant-resistance anchored rope with large deformation met the requirements of supporting in the test section before roof cutting which could ensure the stability of roadway roof structure during the "110" construction method.
