摘要
目的了解2016年四川省基本公共卫生服务项目重点人群的满意度情况,为行政管理部门的决策提供科学依据。方法通过多级分层抽样法抽取四川省21个市(州)、42家基层医疗卫生机构提供健康服务的0~6岁儿童、孕产妇、原发性高血压患者和2型糖尿病患者,电话调查其满意度,建立多级模糊评价模型进行研究。结果四川省2016年基本公共卫生服务项目重点人群满意度综合评分为82.604分。2型糖尿病患者的满意度得分最高,0~6岁儿童的满意度得分最低。结论四川省基本公共卫生服务项目进展顺利,重点人群满意度较高,应继续保持健康服务质量。
Objective To investigate the satisfaction of basic public health service for focus population in Sichuan and provide high quality suggestions for sanitary administrative organs. Methods The Multi-stage stratified sampling method was used to sample the focus population. By the phone survey,data of satisfaction were collected. The fuzzy evaluation model was applied to access the comprehensive evaluation. Results Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation score of basic public health service was 82. 604 points for focus population in Sichuan,while type 2 diabetic patients had the highest score,and 0 ~ 6 years old children had the lowest score. Conclusion The focus population satisfied the basic public health service in Sichuan Province and it should keep the quality of healthy service.
