摘要
目的探讨孟鲁司特联合舒利迭治疗支气管哮喘患儿的临床疗效及其对患儿细胞免疫及微量元素的影响。方法选择2015年6月至2017年2月凉州医院儿科收治的支气管哮喘患儿60例,随机分为两组,每组30例,对照组患儿接受舒利迭治疗,联合组患者在对照组基础上接受孟鲁司特治疗。评价两组患儿治疗的临床疗效,比较两组患儿治疗前后肺功能、免疫功能及微量元素的变化情况。结果两组患者经治疗1s用力呼出量(FEV1)、用力肺活量(FVC)以及呼吸峰流速(PEF)较治疗前均显著升高(P<0.05),且联合组显著高于对照组(P<0.05);联合组治疗的总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者较治疗前IFN-γ均显著升高,且联合组显著高于对照组(P<0.05),两组患者IL-13较治疗前均显著降低,且联合组显著低于对照组(P<0.05);除Cu之外,两组患者经治疗,Ca、Fe、Mg、Cu、Zn等微量元素较治疗前均显著升高(P<0.05),且联合组微量元素显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论孟鲁司特联合舒利迭治疗支气管哮喘患儿疗效显著,可有效改善患儿肺功能及免疫功能,可能有利于促进患儿机体微量元素的平衡。
Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of Montelukast combined with Seretide for children with bronchial asthma and the effect on the cellular immunity and trace elements.Methods A total of 60 children with bronchial asthma treated during June 2015 and Feb.2017 were randomly divided into2 groups：control group（n=30）treated with Seretide,and combined group（n=30）treated with montelukast plus Seretide.The curative effect,changes of pulmonary function,immunity function and trace elements were compared between the 2groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the forced expiratory volume in 1 second（FEV1）,forced vital capacity（FVC）and peak expiratory flow rate（PEF）of all patients significantly increased（P〈0.05）,and the indexes were significantly higher in the combined group than in the control group（P〈0.05）.The total effective rate was higher in the combined group than in the control group（P〈0.05）.The serum IFN-γlevel of all patients increased remarkably after treatment（P〈0.05）,and the level was significantly higher in the combined group than in the control group（P〈0.05）.The IL-13 level of all patients decreased after treatment（P〈0.05）,and it was significantly lower in the combined group than in the control group（P〈0.05）.The contents of Cu,Ca,Fe,Mg,Cu and Zn of both groups increased significantly after treatment（P〈0.05）,and the elements content were remarkably higher in the combined group than in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusions Montelukast combined with Seretide not only produces good curative effect for children with bronchial asthma,but also improves the pulmonary and immunity function,which may contribute to the balance of trace elements.
