摘要
目的探讨小儿支气管哮喘微量元素与血清黏附因子水平及相关性。方法选择支气管哮喘患儿87例作为观察组,同时选择健康儿童60例作为对照组,分别检测两组儿童的微量元素及ICAM-1、VCAM-1检测。结果观察组Zn、Ca、Fe较对照组有显著性下降(P<0.05),Cu、Mg较对照组虽略有变化但无统计学差异(P>O.05)。观察组患儿较对照组ICAM-1、VCAM-1均出现显著性升高(P<O.05)。ICAM-1与Zn、Ca、Fe显著负相关,与Cu、Mg未见显著相关性(P>O.05)。VCAM-1与Zn、Ca、Fe显著负相关,与Cu、Mg未见显著相关性(P>O.05)。结论支气管哮喘患儿微量元素水平失衡与ICAM-1、VCAM-1紊乱密切相关,其共同参与支气管哮喘发病过程。
Objective To investigate trace elements and serum adhesion molecules relationship in children with bronchial asthma .Methods 87 cases of children with bronchial asthma were selected as the observation group , while 60 cases of healthy children were selected a control group ,trace elements and ICAM-1 ,VCAM-1 were detec-ted in children .Result Zn ,Ca ,Fe in observation group compared with the control group significantly decreased (P〈0 .05) ,Cu ,Mg although showed a slight change compared with the control group but made no significant difference (P〉0 .05) .ICAM-1 ,VCAM-1 in observation group than the control group were significantly higher (P〈0 .05) .ICAM-1 and Zn ,Ca ,Fe was significantly negatively correlated ,Cu ,Mg showed no significant correlation (P〉0 .05) .VCAM-1 and Zn ,Ca ,Fe was significantly negatively correlated ,Cu ,Mg showed no significant corre-lation (P〉0 .05) .Conclusion The level of imbalance of trace elements in children and ICAM-1 ,VCAM-1 are closely related with bronchial asthma ,which participate in the pathogenesis of asthma .
