摘要
目的观察癌痛患者应用阿米替林和盐酸羟考酮缓释片联合治疗的临床疗效。方法选择2015年1月至2016年6月我院接诊的70例晚期癌痛NRS>4的患者为研究对象,根据用药情况将患者平均分为A组和B组,A组-单用盐酸羟考酮缓释片,B组-盐酸羟考酮缓释片联合小剂量阿米替林。连续治疗6周后,采用加权计算的方法统计并比较两组患者疼痛减轻程度。并比较两组患者用药剂量和治疗前后生活质量情况。结果两组患者疼痛缓解程度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。A组患者平均用药剂量为1日(61.20±4.13)mg,B组患者平均用药剂量1日(48.3±4.16)mg,B组患者用药剂量低于A组,两组患者用药剂量差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前后两组患者生活质量评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在给予盐酸羟考酮缓释片的基础上联合阿米替林,患者能达到同样的止痛效果和生活质量改善的同时,并且能减轻使用剂量。
OBJECTIVE To observe the clinical curative effect of cancer patients using combination therapy of amitriptyline and Oxycodone Hydrochloride Prolonged-release Tablets. METHODS 70 patients with advanced cancer NRS 〉 4 from January 2015 to June 2016 in our hospital patients as the research object, according to the medi- cation of patients were divided into A group and B group, A group and B group by Oxycodone Hydrochloride Pro- longed-release Tablets, Oxycodone Hydrochloride Prolonged-release Tablets combined with small doses of amitripty- line. After 6 weeks of continuous treatment, the patients were divided into two groups by the method of weighted cal- culation, and the degree of pain relief was compared between the two groups. The quality of life in two groups was compared before and after treatment. RESULTS There was no significant difference in pain relief between the two groups （P 〉0. 05）. The average dose for patients in the A group （61.20±4. 13）mg · d-1 ,B group of patients with the average dose （48.3 ±4. 16）mg· d-1 ,B group of patients the dose lower than the A group,two groups had signif- icant difference （P 〈 0. 05 ） dose. There was no significant difference in quality of life （QOL） between the two groups before and after treatment （P 〉 0. 05 ）. CONCLUSION Combined amitriptyline based on given Oxycodone Hydrochloride Prolonged-release Tablets, patients can achieve the same analgesic effect, and can reduce the dose, im- prove the quality of life in patients after treatment significantly.
