摘要
目的分析基于不同影像诊断技术的肩关节比较。方法选取该院肩关节脱位患者120例,收治时间在2013年4月—2015年3月期间,并将肩关节脱位患者随机分为两组(观察组和对照组,每组60例),对照组患者采用CT进行诊断,观察组患者采用MRI进行诊断,将两组肩关节脱位患者诊断后的误诊率、漏诊率、诊断符合率进行对比。结果观察组患者误诊率1.67%、漏诊率1.67%、诊断符合率96.67%显著优于对照组患者误诊率、漏诊率、诊断符合率(P<0.05)。结论 MRI检查具有显著效果,不仅诊断符合率较高,还能有效减少误诊率、漏诊率,值得在临床诊断肩关节脱位中进一步推广及运用。
Objective To analyze the shoulder joint based on different diagnostic imaging techniques.Methods A total of 120 cases of our hospital patients with shoulder dislocation,admitted time during April 2013 to March 2015 and shoulder joint dislocation were randomly divided into two groups,the observation group and the control group,Each group of 60 cases）,control group patients were diagnosed by CT,patients in the observation group using magnetic resonance imaging（MRI） diagnosis,after two groups of patients with shoulder dislocation diagnosis misdiagnosis rate,missed diagnosis rate and diagnostic coincidence rate were compared. Results The misdiagnosis rate of the observation group was 1.67%,the rate of missed diagnosis was 1.67%,the rate of diagnosis was 96.67%. The rate of misdiagnosis was significantly better than that of the control group,the rate of misdiagnosis and the diagnostic accordance rate（P 〈0.05） was better than that of the control group. Conclusion MRI has significant effect,not only the diagnosis coincidence rate is higher,but also can effectively reduce the rate of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis,it is worth in clinical diagnosis of shoulder dislocation further popularized and applied.
