摘要
针对NCC(Normalizing Controlled Cooling)系统冷却不均匀、冷却能力不足的问题,对NCC系统的冷却极管和供水管路进行了改造。利用80、100 mm厚规格钢板进行了冷却试验,研究表明,改造后,极管更加密集,供水压力和冷却水流量增加,由于冷却能力增加,减少了钢板正火后的强度损失,保障了正火钢板的合格率,实现了厚规格钢板的稳定生产。
In order to solve the problem of the uneven cooling and insufficient cooling capacity of the NCC(Normalizing Controlled Cooling)system,the cooling polar tube and water supply pipe in the NCC system were rebuilt. After the transformation,the pole tube was more intensive,the water supply pressure and cooling water flow rate were increased.The cooling experiments were carried out with the 80 mm and 100 mm thick plates. The results showed,after the transformation,due to the increase of the cooling capacity,the strength loss of the normalized steel plate was reduced,which ensured the qualified rate of the normalized steel plate. The stable production of the thick steel plate was realized.
