摘要
通过对成分、冶炼和轧制工艺进行设计,开发出80~100mm厚-40℃冲击功的低温压力容器钢板16MnDR。该钢板经过模拟焊后热处理后,具有良好的强度和低温韧性。要满足-40℃冲击功,620℃、12h模拟焊后热处理的要求,对于厚度小于等于80 mm的16MnDR钢板,可以采用w(C)0.13%~0.16%,终轧温度770~790℃的生产工艺进行生产;对于厚度100mm的16MnDR钢板,必须采用w(C)0.11%~0.14%,并添加适量微合金元素,终轧温度780~800℃的工艺进行生产。
This paper introduces the development of low temperature vessel plate with the thickness of 80-100 mm and impact at-40 ℃,through reasonable composition and rolling technology design.The plate has good strength and low temperature toughness after post weld heat treatment(PWHT).In order to meet the requirement of the impact at-40 ℃and PWHT at 620 ℃,12 h,the mass fraction of C can control to 0.13 %-0.16 % and finishing temperature to 770-790 ℃ on the production of 16 MnDR with the thinckness less than 80 mm,while the mass fraction of C must control to 0.11 %-0.14 % with a moderate amount of micro alloying elements were added,and finishing temperature to 780-800 ℃ on the production of 16 MnDR with the thinckness 100 mm.
