摘要
"大众创业、万众创新"下,大学生的创新创业能力培养日益受到政府和高校的重视。目前大学生创新创业能力培养存在创新创业意识不够充足,大学生创新创业氛围不浓,师资力量薄弱,管理不够规范等问题。应强化创业意识,营造大学生创新创业氛围,提高创新创业教师素质,完善创新创业教学体系,加强组织管理,提升大学生创新创业实训项目和大赛效果。
In a situation of ＂public entrepreneurship and innovation＂, the cultivation of innovative ability of college students is increasingly emphasized by the government and universities. At present, about the cultivation of the innovation ability of college students, there are many problems. Students lack awareness of innovation, the innovation atmosphere of students is not strong, and the teachers are weak and the management is poor. We should strengthen the awareness of entrepreneurship, create the atmosphere of innovation and entrepreneurship of college students, improve the quality of innovative entrepreneurship, improve the innovation and entrepreneurship teaching system, strengthen the organization and management, enhance the innovation and practice of college students and results of such contests.
