摘要
《诸病源候论》腹痛候开篇列举了导致腹痛的主要病因病机为脏腑虚损,寒邪之气客于胃肠募原之间,阻滞不通,正邪交争互相搏击而痛;另见阳气不足,阴气有余,寒邪直中而导致的肠鸣腹痛。而后又记述了脉诊,以区分"腹痛""脐下痛""少腹痛"等腹部不同部位的疼痛特征及预后吉凶。根据其特点,总结了引阳归中、温运中阳、补泻相合3种导引法。
The pathogenesis of abdominal pain because of the deficiency of internal organs, cold qi against gastrointestinal ,healthy qi and pathogenic factors fight against each other introdused in beginning of Zhubing Yuanhoulun. In addition the abnomina pain also is because of yang qi insufficient,ying qi surplus and cold - evil directly invasion. Then the book disguishes the characteristic of pian,good and bad prognosis in different parts such as abdominal pain, pain under the navel,pain of the lower abdomen and so on though palse - taking. The book summarized three guide methods of cited yang in the middle, warm zhong yang, reinforcing and reducing consistency according to the characteristic of pain.
