摘要
为了更精确描述大型周边桁架式天线展开过程中的动力学行为,采用几何精确梁单元法对周边桁架的横杆和纵杆及索网进行柔性建模,一维移动介质单元对驱动绳建模,结合对T型铰、同步铰及斜杆刚性假设,实现对整个天线系统的动力学仿真。在建模基础上,对不同传动效率和平均张力条件下天线展开过程动力学仿真。研究发现,传动效率越大,电机驱动力越小,但纵杆最大弯曲应力变化极小;张力阵平均张力越大,电机驱动力越大,但纵杆最大弯曲应力几乎不变。
Whether the antenna can be successfully launched is related to the success or failure of satellite launch.In or-der to describe the large hoop truss antenna deployment dynamics more accurately, geometrically exact beam theory is usedfor describing the crossbar、stringer and supporting network,and one dimensional moving medium theory is taken for drivingcable,combing with the hypothesis that T type hinges,synchronization hinges and diagonal rods are rigid,the whole antennasystem dynamic simulation is achieved.On the basis of the model,the dynamic simulation of the antenna deployment processis carried out under different transmission efficiency and average tension.It is found that the larger the transmission efficiencyis,the smaller the driving force of the motor is,the lower the maximum bending stress of the longitudinal rod is;the larger theaverage tension of the tension array is,the bigger the driving force of the motor is,but the maximum bending stress of the lon-gitudinal rod is almost unchanged.
