摘要
近年来,随着机坪上航空器、特种设备和人员的增多,机坪交通趋于复杂化,为保证机坪运行安全,提升机坪运行效率,机坪资源管理者迫切需要一种科学、实用的资源管理方法来指导其对机位、特种设备等资源的分配管理。本文首先阐述了传统的资源管理方法和近年来国内外学者在此领域的研究成果,分析了存在的缺陷。然后,基于对机位、特种设备等资源及其周边运行环境的分析,提出一种综合考虑航班需求、资源特征属性、机位周边运行环境等因素的机坪联合资源管理新理念。最后,对该理念的先进性与实用性进行分析总结。
In recent years, the traffic in apron had became more and more complicated with the increasing of aircrafts, special equipment and staff. In order to ensure the apron operation safety and hoist the apron operation efficiency, a scientific and practical method for apron controller is needed. And the gate and special equipment can be distributed reasonably with the help of the method. The traditional methods of resource management and some research results in this field in recent years were introduced in this paper. Also, the existing defects was analyzed. The new concept of joint resource management was proposed based on the analysis of gate special equipment and its surrounding environment. And the flight demand, resource characteristics, operating environment and other factors surrounding the gate were considered in the new concept of joint resource management. Finally, the progressiveness and the practicability of the new concept were summarized.
