摘要
供给侧改革背后潜隐的一条逻辑主线是以人为本。在经济发展略显疲态的当下,消费市场一方面表现出中低端消费链产能过剩的问题,另一方面随着中产阶级崛起对生活品质与精神文化凝结在消费品中的要求,供给方显现出因结构化失衡带来的供给疲软。在这一背景下,复苏以专业主义和创新精神为内核的工匠精神呼之欲出,并被国家提升到政策高度。供给侧改革与工匠精神的当代培育相辅相成,供给侧改革背景下工匠精神有一套围绕价值展开的独特逻辑,其中遵循的主脉正是以人为本。
There is a logic line that is people foremost hidden under the Supplying Reform. In the circumstances that Chi-nese＇s economic growth is speeding down, notable problems of market are in one hand, lower consuming chain has been confronted with production capacity surplus, and in other hand, there exists unsatisfied consuming requirements of rising middle class which shown obviously in quality of life and the spiritual realm. In this instance, Handicraftsman Spirit repre-sented by professionalism and initiative spirit has come out its importance of the times. Supplying Reform and Handicrafts-man Spirit supplements each other.
