Optimization of the preparation technology for lutein ester beadlet

摘要 以叶黄素酯晶体为芯材,用喷雾-淀粉流化造粒技术制备5%叶黄素酯微囊粒的配方和工艺。方法:通过单因素和正交试验对配方和工艺进行了优化。结果表明:最佳配方为叶黄素酯晶体(含量80%)质量分数6.30%、红花籽油质量分数15.00%、改性淀粉HI-CAP100质量分数24.76%、乳糖质量分数31.71%、抗坏血酸钠质量分数1.00%、吐温-80质量分数0.03%、混合生育酚质量分数1.20%和淀粉质量分数20.00%;喷雾造粒工艺参数为:物料黏度120 mPa·s、物料流速0.40 mL/s、喷头转速2500 r/min和进风温度120℃。微囊化使叶黄素酯的水溶性、稳定性得到了明显的改善,为叶黄素酯提供了更广阔的应用领域。 The formula and process of preparing 5% lutein ester beadlet by spraying and starch catching granulation technology using lutein ester crystal as the core material were studied. Methods: The formulation and process were optimized by single factor and orthogonal test. Results: The optimal formulas were lutein ester crystal mass fraction 6.30%, safflower oil mass fraction 15.00%, modified starch HI-CAP100 mass fraction 24.76%, lactose mass fraction 31.71%, sodium ascorbate mass fraction 1.00%, Tween-80 mass fraction 0.03%, mixed tocopherol mass fraction 1.20% and starch mass fraction 20.00%. Material viscosity 120 mPa·s, material flow rate 0.40 mL/s, sprayer speed 2500 r/min and inlet air temperature 120 ℃ were found optimal for parameters of spraying and starch catching granulation technology. Microencapsulation significantly improved the water-solubility, stability of lutein ester, providing a broader range of application for lutein ester.
