摘要
活性炭在无菌药品生产中,特别是注射剂生产工艺中作为一种重要吸附剂使用。对比了中国药典、中国国家标准对活性炭的规定,并对其在注射剂配制工艺中的应用技术和过滤技术进行归纳、总结、分析。为活性炭及其过滤器在制药行业注射剂配制工艺中的应用提供经验与参考。
In asepsis medicine production, active charcoal is used as one of important absorbents in injection agent producing process. Comparing the stipulations for active charcoal in Chinese Pharmacopeia and China State Standard, the application technique and filtering technique in formulating process were analyzed and summarized, from which some experiences and references in the application of active charcoal and the filter in formulating process for injection agents were provided.
