硅烷热解制备纳米硅及电化学性能研究 被引量:1

Facile synthesis of nano-silicon derived from silane and its electrochemical performance

摘要 采用简易的硅烷(SiH_4)热分解法成功制备了纳米硅粉。X射线和粒度分析结果表明,粉体结晶性和粒径随分解温度变化,当温度为600℃时结晶性最高,中粒径最低为91nm。材料电极电化学测试显示,600℃下制得样品电化学性能最优。首次充放电比电容量分别为3316.2mAh/g和2651.5mAh/g,首次库伦效率为79.9%;首次循环后电极材料表面膜阻抗和电化学反应阻抗最低。 Nano-silicon powder was prepared by the thermal decomposition of silane. X-ray diffraction and grading analysis revealed that the crystallinity and particle size were sensitive to the decomposition temperature. When the tempera- ture was 600℃ ,the silicon powder showed good structure of spinel and the average diameter of products was 91nm. The electrochemical performance of composites indicated that the silicon powder exhibited higher reversible specific capacity at 600℃. The first discharge and charge capacity were 3316.2mAh/g and 2651.5mAh/g, respectively, with coulombic effi- ciency of 79.9%.
