摘要
目的观察30%避蚊胺驱蚊液和30%避蚊胺驱蚊膏对新西兰种白色家兔皮肤是否有刺激性或腐蚀性及其程度,了解避蚊胺在人体接触时可能出现的皮肤危害,为制定其对皮肤刺激的防护措施提供依据。方法选择健康成年新西兰种白色家兔8只,随机分为两组,每组4只,将受试物涂抹在家兔背部左侧去毛区,纯水涂抹在右侧去毛区作为自身对照连续涂抹14 d,1次/d,观察并记录涂抹受试物部位皮肤反应情况。结果 30%避蚊胺驱蚊液家兔多次皮肤刺激试验,每天每只动物皮肤刺激平均积分为0;30%避蚊胺驱蚊膏家兔多次皮肤刺激试验,每天每只动物皮肤刺激平均积分为0.39。结论 30%避蚊胺驱蚊液和30%避蚊胺驱蚊膏对新西兰种白色家兔皮肤均无刺激性,但30%避蚊胺驱蚊液较30%避蚊胺驱蚊膏更温和。
Objective To observe whether there is irritation or corrosivity and the degree of them of 30% DEET repellent liquid and 30% DEET repellent cream on the skin of New Zealand rabbit, understand the possible skin damage during body contact, to provide the basis for making protection measures to skin irrita- tion. Methods 8 healthy adult white rabbits were selected and randomly divided into two groups, each group of d. Test compound was smeared on the left unhairing zone of rabbits＇ back while the pure water was smeared on the right unhairing zone as a control group. They were smeared continuously for 14 days, once daily. The test was applied on the left back of rabbits, the right side of the pure water applied as self-control ; they were continuously smeared for 14 days, applying once daily and the skin reactions ware observed and re- corded. Results The average integral was 0 for each day each animal in the stimulated dermal irritation test of 30% DEET repellent liquid ; the average integral was 0.39 for each day each animal in the stimulated dermal irritation test of 30% DEET repellent cream. Conclusion New Zealand white rabbit skins were of no irrita- tion to 30% DEET repellent liquid and 30% DEET repellent cream, but 30% DEET repellent liquid was more moderate than 30% DEET repellent cream.
