摘要
为满足跨境电商行业对人才的迫切需求,顺德职业技术学院英语专业深化"订单式"人才培养模式改革。通过组建"订单精英班"、完善人才培养方案、提升师资队伍实践能力、开设"校中厂"、"厂中校"、校内教学实施公司化管理、开展岗位"实战项目"、建立完善法律法规等实践,开创了校、企、学生共同受益的教改合作新局面,提高了毕业生的综合素质和创新创业能力。
In order to satisfy the cross-border e-commerce＇s needs for talents, the Department of Foreign Languages of Shunde Polytechnic has been deepening the reform of ＂order-oriented＂ education. Through establishing the ＂Elite Order-oriented Class＂, improving the talent training plan, enhancing teachers＇ practical abilities, setting up practical training bases in campus and enterprises, practicing enterprises＇ management, developing the practical training of real job posts, the reform has reached its goal as students, colleges and enterprises have gained their common benefits and interests. Graduates＇ comprehensive qualities and their abilities of innovation and entrepreneurship are also strengthened.
