新型锐钛型晶种的制备和钛液水解研究

摘要 将二氧化钛溶于硫酸,过滤纯化,得到TiO2浓度为180~200g/L的钛液;将所述钛液缓慢加热至40~50℃后,加入到过量稀碱溶液中,在搅拌条件下,维持体系温度为40~50℃,调节酸度系数为0.27~0.3,进行水解反应,水解反应的终点pH控制在2.2~3.0,得到稳定性好,形貌均匀的高品质锐钛型晶种。晶种加量在1.5%~2%得到产品粒度适中,质量稳定。 Firstly,Titania was dissolved in sulfuric acid, then filtering and purification,TiO2 concentration of titanium solution is 180-200 g/L. When the titanium liquid was slowly heated to 40-50 ℃, the excessive dilute alkali solution was added with stirring in temperature of 40-50 ℃ ,the acidity was adjusted in the range of 0.27- 0.3. Finally,the hydrolysis reaction of pH in 2.2- 3.0, the crystal has good stability, uniform morphology of high-quality anatase crystal. On the other hand, the influence of the quality with crystallizing amount and TiO2 concentration were also investigated. The experimental results exhibited that the amount of 1.5 %- 2. % crystals is favorable for the production of stable production.
