摘要
以一元酸、E-44环氧树脂、间苯二甲酸(IPA)、二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)、三羟甲基丙烷(TMP)、季戊四醇等为主要原料合成环氧改性水性聚酯树脂乳液。探讨多元酸选择、终点酸值控制、环氧树脂加入对乳液粒径、黏度以及对漆膜性能的影响。结果表明:选用间苯二甲酸,终点酸值控制在21~30 mg KOH/g,获得稳定性较好水性聚酯,环氧树脂的加入提高了漆膜的耐水性。
A epoxy modified waterborne polyester resin emulsion was prepared by monacid, E-44 epoxy resin, isophthalic acid (IPA), dihydroxy methyl propionic acid (DMPA), trimethylolpropane (TMP), pentaerythritol as the main raw materials. The effects of polyacid selection, terminal acid value control, the addition of epoxy resin on the particle size and viscosity of the emulsion and the properties of the film were discussed. The results showed that when isophthalic acid was selected and terminal acid value was controlled at 21 -30 mgKOH/g, water-based polyester had good stability, and the addition of epoxy resin improved the water resistance of the film.
