摘要
为大规模水平井带压快速钻除桥塞,提高压裂液返排率,开展连续油管钻塞现场试验。该技术应用7口井,其中4口井未达到预期效果。在总结前期施工经验基础上,进一步配套地面设备、规范施工流程、优选井下工具、优化管柱结构,成功完成了三口井带压钻塞施工。经过实践,对钻压和井口回压控制、泵压及钻进位置的判断,以及钻磨介质、施工井型优选等均有了进一步认识。
In order to remove bridge plug pressured at the large scale horizontal well rapidly and improve the flow rate of the fracturing fluid,the test of the continuous tubing drill is carried out. The technology is applied in 7 Wells,4 of which fail to achieve the desired effect. On the basis of summarizing previous construction experience,the surface equipment is further supported,standardization of construction process is specified,downhole tools are selected,the structure of string is optimized,and 3 Wells with pressure drilling construction have been completed successfully. Through practice,it has further knowledge of drilling pressure and pressure control,pump pressure and drilling position,and drilling medium and construction well.
