Mo对低碳贝氏体钢相变动力学及组织性能影响研究

摘要 采用Gleeble-3800热模拟试验机对试验钢进行等温相变热模拟试验,用OriginPro8.0软件对膨胀量数据进行分析。结果表明,添加少量的Mo元素可促进低温贝氏体相变,最终组织中生成更多板条贝氏体。添加0.14%Mo可使该钢强度增加41.8%,相变强化起主要作用;添加Mo还可促进低温条件下贝氏体相变动力,有效缩短相变时间。 The isothermal phase change thermal simulation test of experiment steel was carried out on Gleeble-3800 thermal mechanical simulator. The dilatation data were analyzed by OriginPro8.0 software. The results show that Mo addition can promote bainite phase transformation, which can lead to the appearance of a large quantity of bainite. The strength of the steel increases by 41.8% due to the additon of 0.14%Mo, which indicates that the transformation strengthening plays a most important role. The binite phase transformation kinetics can be accelerated by Mo addition, which can effectivley shorten the phase transformation time.
